Shockingly, married couple left a baby in a car. The temperature when the baby was left in the car was freezing cold. While the boy was alone in the car. Baby’s parent went to popular night spot in Quebec City on the weekend. Fortunately, the baby was returned to the parents. The parents can be charged with severe crime. If the passerby did not find the baby alone in the car and called the police at 11:15pm when the temperature was dropping below zero. The baby might have been in dangerous condition if the passerby didn’t find the baby. The police said that you are not allowed to leave your baby under age of 7 just for a minute in a car. Police could not figure out how long the baby’s parents were away, but when officer checked hood and tailpipe of the car. It was very cold and this suggest that the vehicle had been there for a while. After police unlocked the vehicle and found the baby’s parent café-theatre in Quebec's touristy old town, where they were enjoying a drink with friends. The father had to fine $151 for leaving a child under 7 alone, and $200 for insulting a police officer. Also there would be more severe criminal charges followed after the fine.
In my opinion, leaving the baby alone to go to a party or club. It is not a possible decision that normal parent can make considering the consequences. Therefore, parents should receive harsh punishment and the baby must be taken with more care. If the parents are not responsible for their baby. Parents doesn’t have right to maintain their baby. The baby must be sent to couples or a person who are actually willing to take care of the baby sincerely and let the baby to live in the sanitary and supportive environment.
